Rules Are Rules

As a student, there are those days where sometimes you just want to get something done quick and easy. Doing things this way can lead to several consequences, whether it be simply getting a bad grade or maybe even something more severe. Copy and pasting someone's work without crediting the source, is plagiarism.  Teachers and professors feel that it is misleading and the students aren't really learning about their assignments. Donald J. Dudley over sees this. He said, "Writing is difficult, and doing it well takes time and practice."

I believe that plagiarism is something that students shouldn't do but then again, I don't feel like citing or crediting a page should be so difficult. I think that putting quotation marks or saying who said it is enough. The formatting is ridiculous. If it's for a research paper it really shouldn't matter because facts are facts.

Howling In The Night

It's a full moon on a cool night, there is not a single cloud in it's way of lighting up the sky with it's brightness. It happens to be on something that you see in the darkness. You can't help but feel the intensity as you look into this creature's eyes, the color seems to pull you in as if there was a rope around your neck. Having exquisite vision day or night, he is constantly observing his environment, hearing everything from a mouse stepping on a twig to an owl swooping down to catch his prey. His fur as thick as snow during a blizzard, yet soft to the touch, he listens. This magnificent creature is a wolf.

A Hershey kiss is a delicate drop of chocolate in the shape of a rain drop. Each kiss is individually wrapped with a as silver foil that is as shiny as a diamond. The chocolate is as smooth as a baby's bottom as it melts in your mouth. They truly are one of a kind kisses.
